The role
This role is for a Lawyer/Associate with 1-2 years of PQE to join Gadens' highly regarded Real Estate team in Sydney. The position focuses on transactional property work, with a particular emphasis on leasing, supporting Partners Sally Tuckfield, Rebecca Mercer, and Yangmin Park.

- Managing and advising on a wide variety of property transactions
- Gain exposure to a broad range of property and leasing matters
What we're looking for

Background in transactional property work
Focus on leasing
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to be curious about the industries and markets within which our clients operate and develop knowledge quickly
Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working environment
