Solicitor - Commercial Property at Wynn Williams

The role

Wynn Williams is seeking a Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law to join their Real Estate practice group in Christchurch, New Zealand. The role involves working with a diverse client base on a broad range of property matters.

What you'll do

Work with our front-end Construction Law Partner on small building contracts
Tackle a variety of matters including property acquisitions and disposals
Assist our corporate team with property due diligence as needed
Assist with business as usual leasing work as well as bespoke leasing matters
Undertake subdivision and development work
Handle related property financing workstreams

What we're looking for

3+ years general commercial property experience

Personable, with well-developed communication skills

Comfortable working in a high energy environment with the ability to think on their feet

A curious mindset and willingness to be a continual learner

Exceptional attention to detail

A flair for teamwork and collaboration
