The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Senior Residential Development Lawyer for their Real Estate practice in Bristol, Edinburgh, or Leeds. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 6+ years of PQE, focusing on high-value residential development and investment projects.
What you'll do
- Work on conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers
- Work on option agreements
- Work on promotion agreements
- Work on development funding agreements
- Work on forward commitment/turnkey contracts
- Work on collaboration agreements
What we're looking for
A legal qualification with 6+ years post admission experience
Experience of managing existing client relationships
Evidence of managing people and delivering results
A high level of knowledge of the UK living sector
