The role

MinterEllisonRuddWatts is seeking a Solicitor - Construction (Transactional) with 2+ years of PQE in Auckland, New Zealand. This role is ideal for a motivated transactional lawyer looking to develop their skills within the firm's highly regarded Construction & Infrastructure team, focusing on major projects and transactional work.

What you'll do

Work as part of project teams advising clients in both the private and public sectors on significant construction and infrastructure transactions
Assist in the drafting, review and negotiation of construction and infrastructure contracts across a range of standard and bespoke forms
Conduct research and provide well-reasoned advice on transactional and regulatory matters
Assist with procurement structures, tendering processes and risk allocation advice on major project delivery
Work directly with clients and their project teams under the supervision and guidance of partners and senior lawyers
