The role

Hall & Wilcox is seeking an experienced lawyer with 2+ years of PQE in property law to join their national Property & Projects practice in Brisbane. This role will focus on a variety of real estate transactions for a diverse client base.

What you'll do

Work closely with partners and senior team members on major transactions, including commercial and industrial acquisitions and sales
Work on development work
Work on commercial leasing
Work on general commercial property transactions

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of post-admission experience in property law

Experience across general real estate law matters, particularly property transactions

A strong client service ethos

Excellent technical and drafting skills

Strong analytical and legal research skills
