The role
Anderson Lloyd is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer for its Auckland office. This role is for an experienced lawyer with at least 6 years of PQE, focusing on a broad range of commercial property matters within the firm's Real Estate practice group.
What you'll do
- Mentor and support the growth of junior lawyers
- Handle commercial property acquisitions and divestments
- Manage commercial, industrial and retail leasing
- Work on large-scale property development
- Provide property finance advice
- Offer forestry and ETS advice
- Assist with renewable energy projects
- Provide Overseas Investment Act advice
What we're looking for
At least 6 years' post-qualification practical property experience, or a combination of property and general commercial experience

Passionate about business development and building your brand
Confidence to take ownership of your matters and client relationships
Exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust
Highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks
