Solicitor - Commercial Property

The role

Anthony Harper is seeking a Solicitor with 2-3 years of experience in commercial property law to join their Real Estate practice group in Auckland. This role involves providing commercially astute legal advice on a variety of property matters for a diverse client base.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice across greenfields and high rise developments
• Provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice across property investment and development
• Provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice across commercial leasing
• Provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice across Overseas Investment Office (OIO) advice
• Work closely with clients to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice
• Focus on responsiveness and strong commercial outcomes
