The role
Chapman Tripp is seeking a Property & Construction Solicitor / Senior Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their highly successful national Property, Construction & Major Projects team in Wellington, New Zealand. This role will focus on advising key government departments and corporate clients on various aspects of property law, including development, acquisitions, disposals, syndications, procurement, leasing and infrastructure.

- Advise in all aspects of property law, including development, acquisitions, disposals, syndications, procurement, leasing and infrastructure
