Associate - Funds

The role

Maples Group is seeking a Funds Associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Irish Funds and Investment Management Group in Dublin. This role involves advising clients on Irish fund products and transaction documentation.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on the structuring, establishment and operation of all types Irish fund products
• Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across a wide range of structures and jurisdictions
• Prepare, draft and negotiate fund documentation and agreements
• Manage transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively
• Engage in business development activities, being active in the promotion of the firm and seeking opportunities for new work and cross-selling
• Work as part of a team, including supervising junior lawyers’ work and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience within the team
