The role
Watson Farley & Williams is seeking a Senior Associate with 7+ years of PQE to join its Infrastructure, Energy, and Projects practice in London. This role focuses on advising banks, private equity houses, and sponsors on financing, corporate, trading, and commercial matters related to energy and infrastructure assets.
What you'll do
- Advise banks, private equity houses and sponsors across a range of financing, corporate, trading and commercial issues on their investments and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure-related assets
What we're looking for
Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in England & Wales
7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Demonstrated experience in domestic and cross-border project development work
Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English language
