Associate - Finance & Capital Markets at Walkers

The role

Walkers is seeking an Associate for its Finance & Capital Markets practice in Dublin, Ireland. This role is for lawyers with 0-5 years of PQE, focusing on a broad range of finance and capital markets transactions for high-profile clients.

What you'll do

Work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue chip clients
Advise clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with 0-5 years PQE

Prior experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets in a recognised practice or in-house

Strong academic credentials

Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills

High level of commercial and business awareness

Calm and measured approach to problem solving

Ability to work independently and as part of a high performance team

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines

Currently practicing in Ireland or interested in returning to Ireland· nice to have
