The role

Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience for its Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers practice in Sydney, Australia. This role involves complex, high-value litigation for corporations, directors, and officers.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

5-8 years of experience as a commercial litigator

Australian or overseas qualified lawyer

Solid general commercial litigation background gained from a top-tier private practice environment

Highly refined communication skills for dealing with Counsel and solicitors

Experience working with and analysing high-volume data sets and evidence on a cross-border basis

Precise, clear drafting skills

Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities

Team player with great collaboration skills

Ability to work independently

Commercial awareness and confidence in building rapport with clients

Ability to lead and delegate for more senior lawyers
