The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Banking Lawyer with 2+ years of PQE to join its Finance practice in Sydney, Australia. The role involves working on significant and complex banking and finance transactions.
What we're looking for
At least two years’ PQE in banking and finance transactions, or equivalent experience
Exposure to leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance
Initiative and a willingness to contribute to complex matters
Strong drafting and analytical skills
The ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
