Transactional Banking & Finance Solicitor - 1-3 yrs PAE - SYD at Dentons

The role

Dentons is seeking a Transactional Banking & Finance Solicitor with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Sydney Finance practice. This role involves working within a dynamic and collaborative team on a predominantly loan markets practice, advising corporate and institutional lenders and borrowers on various debt arrangements.

What we're looking for

At least 12 months of relevant Australian post-admission legal experience gained in front-end banking matters

Up to 3 years' post admission experience overall

Strong work ethic and desire to consistently exceed client expectations

Eagerness to be part of a high-performing team with a strong business focus

Strong attention to detail

Excellent analytic skills

Desire to expand legal and commercial skills

Resilience working in a high pressure, demanding environment

Ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment

Available to work in the office every day
