Mid-Senior Structured Products Associate

The role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Mid-Senior Structured Products Associate for its Finance practice in London. This role will focus on synthetic securitisation and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions, advising leading global financial institutions on regulatory capital management, balance sheet optimisation, and structured credit solutions.

What you'll do

• Take a lead role on SRT and synthetic securitisation matters
• Structure transactions
• Execute transactions
• Conduct regulatory analysis
• Manage investor negotiations
• Oversee ongoing programme development
• Work closely with colleagues across Structured Finance, Regulatory, Tax and Derivatives practices to deliver integrated solutions to clients
