What we're looking for

At least two years of substantive asset management experience

Extensive regulatory and compliance knowledge

Experience advising clients on investment management, regulatory and compliance matters related to the formation, structuring, and ongoing management of private investment funds

Experience advising clients on related investment advisers

Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework governing private investment funds

Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act and other related U.S. securities laws

Admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location

Desire to become a subject matter expert on the Investment Advisers Act and other related U.S. securities laws· nice to have
