The role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Interim Junior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 1-6 years of PQE to support clients on M&A-related assignments. This role is ideal for a lawyer seeking flexible resourcing solutions within a leading international law firm.
What we're looking for
Qualified lawyer with 1 – 6 years PQE
Ideally have experience working on transactional corporate and/or commercial contracts matters
Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach
Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team
