The role
Clyde & Co is seeking a 1-2 PQE Associate to join its Insurance Coverage & Disputes team in Singapore. This role supports the Band-1 market-leading team on complex, high-value regional insurance matters across various business lines.
What you'll do
- Assist Partners on a range of complex and large-scale insurance matters
- Researching and drafting of documentation, advice and correspondence
- Help to oversee a broad range of contentious matters and litigation activities
- Assist the Partners in managing and building client relationships
- Assist with business development activities for key existing clients and new clients
What we're looking for
1-2 PQE
Qualified in E&W
Solid private practice background with a reputable law firm
Strong commercial litigation / arbitration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding academic results
Technical excellence
Personal effectiveness
Ability to perform as a team player
Exposure / experience in insurance space· nice to have
Enthusiasm to contribute to and foster a positive team atmosphere· nice to have
