The role

Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate for their Insurance & Disputes practice in Perth, Australia. This role is for an established lawyer with 4+ years of experience, focusing on complex insurance coverage and dispute resolution.

What we're looking for

Australian qualified lawyer

Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (4PQE)

Experience across professional indemnity and D&O claims

Experience with complex insurance coverage of disputes

Experience with complex infrastructure and construction claims

Experience with property damage and business interruption claims

Experience with product liability and recall claims

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management and prioritisation skills

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently

Commercial awareness

Confidence

Ability to develop client relationships

Ability to lead, delegate and foster a positive team atmosphere
