The role

Arnold & Porter is seeking a junior-level Associate for its Real Estate Practice Group in Seattle. This role is for an attorney with 1+ years of experience who can manage various aspects of real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.

What we're looking for

1+ years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions

Experience working in teams and independently managing various components of lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate leasing transactions, or joint venture deals

Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Exceptional business acumen

Experience working directly with clients

Excellent academic credentials and references

Currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington

Benefits

Salary range of $225,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience

Eligibility for an hours-based bonus
