The role

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel to senior Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of transactional experience for their Phoenix, San Francisco, or Seattle offices. The role involves handling complex real estate transactions, client interaction, and mentoring junior associates within a leading international law firm.

What you'll do

Draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
Interface directly with clients and counterparties
Mentor and train junior associates in the group
Anticipate issues
Structure solutions
Deliver work product that reflects genuine care and precision

What we're looking for

Four to six years of relevant transactional real estate experience

Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents

Ability to interface directly with clients and counterparties

Strong business judgment

Ability to think beyond the transaction

Client-obsessed, analytical, organized, responsive, entrepreneurial, and ambitious

Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and counterparties

Commitment to in-office collaboration

Familiarity with AI tools including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration· nice to have
