The role
King & Spalding's Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group seeks a 2-4 year PQE Product Liability Associate for their Los Angeles or Miami office. This role focuses on complex litigation, including mass tort and class action matters, for product manufacturers.

- Take on substantive responsibility on high-performing trial teams
- Contribute meaningfully to matters before federal and state courts
- Work closely with partners and senior litigators
- Build sophisticated litigation and trial skills
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience
Outstanding academic credentials
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience in complex litigation at a large law firm
Demonstrated interest in a tort-focused practice
Local bar admission required
Prior tort litigation experience· nice to have
