The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation for their San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Diego, or Los Angeles offices.
What you'll do
- Represent a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation
At least one year of experience in a litigation position at a firm
Excellent academic credentials
Superb written and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters
CA bar admission required
Judicial clerkship experience preferred· nice to have
