The role
This Cooperative Programme Intern role at Addleshaw Goddard in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is for law students seeking hands-on experience within the Corporate Law team. Interns will support experienced legal professionals with various corporate legal matters.
What you'll do
- Assist the Corporate Law team with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research on corporate law matters, including regulatory requirements and compliance issues in Saudi Arabia
- Support the team in preparing for client meetings and presentations
- Maintain accurate and organised records of legal files and documents
- Monitor updates in laws and regulations relevant to corporate law and provide summaries to the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on ongoing cases and projects
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive legal information
