Associate/Senior Associate - Non-Contentious Construction at DWF

The role

DWF is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for its non-contentious construction team in Birmingham or Manchester. This role will focus on transactional construction work, advising a mix of regional, national, and international clients on development, infrastructure, and energy projects.

What you'll do

Provide pre-contractual procurement advice and prepare and negotiate construction documentation
Support national and international clients
Provide project advisory advice
Work closely with clients to provide practical, clear, and robust legal advice, ensuring their commercial objectives are met
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions and maintain the highest standards of client service

What we're looking for

Solid experience in construction law

Knowledge and experience in drafting and revising contracts and appointments for a range of projects and parties

Experience building working relationships internally and externally in order to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the business direction and client needs

Ability to prioritise work effectively and to maximise efficiency in working practices
