The role
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Associate - Litigation with 1+ years of PQE to join their Melbourne office. This role focuses on complex, large-scale commercial litigation matters within the consumer markets practice group, including franchising and class actions.
What you'll do
- Manage a broad range of large scale commercial litigation matters with some of the worlds' premier brands
- Draft correspondence and evidence, run interlocutory applications and trials
- Assist with briefing and instructing counsel and liaising directly with clients
- Mentor Graduates and Summer Clerks
- Assist with Business Development initiatives
