The role
Sparke Helmore is seeking a Lawyer to Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their Public Sector practice in Perth. This role will involve acting for Commonwealth clients on a variety of administrative and regulatory matters.
What you'll do
- Act for a range of Commonwealth clients
- Advise the Commonwealth on a diverse range of administrative and regulatory matters
- Be involved in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal
What we're looking for
Newly admitted or soon to be admitted lawyer
Up to 2 years PAE
Solid grounding and demonstrated interest in administrative law
Experience within a highly regarded administrative law or litigation practice· nice to have
Advocacy experience in the Administrative Review Tribunal and / or Federal Courts or have an interest in developing these skills· nice to have
