Mid-Level Associate, Investment Funds (Private Practice)

The role

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of PQE to join its Investment Funds practice in London. The role involves advising fund sponsors and institutional investors on fund formation and structuring matters.

What you'll do

• Assist in advising fund managers and sponsors on the establishment and structuring of private investment funds
• Draft, review, and negotiate key fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda, subscription documents, side letters, and investment management agreements
• Support the team in advising institutional investors on fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions
• Assist with advice on fund governance, investor terms, fee arrangements, and carried interest structures
• Coordinate with tax, regulatory, and other specialist teams on cross-disciplinary matters
