Senior Associate (Real Estate Finance)

The role

Lander & Rogers is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Finance to join their Banking team in Sydney. This role will focus on complex, high-value real estate financings, offering opportunities for client relationship development and business development.

What you'll do

• Work with partners and lawyers across the firm on a range of complex cross border and Australian transactions with a particular emphasis on real estate financings
• Draft a wide range of finance documents, including facility agreements, intercreditor deeds and other ancillary finance documents
• Supervising, supporting and mentoring lawyers, graduates and seasonal clerks
• Building client relationships through business development, knowledge-sharing and client focused initiatives
• Lead transactions end-to-end
• Get involved in business development activities
