The role

Allens is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate to join their Perth office. This role offers exposure to complex transactions and provides opportunities for specialization within the finance practice group.

What you'll do

Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to the structure and documentation for their project
Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to acquisition and leverage
Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to property
Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to general corporate financing

What we're looking for

Experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm, locally or internationally

Open to a combination of private practice and in-house experience

Exposure to project and corporate finance transactions

Resources sector experience is particularly beneficial

A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
