The role

Thomsons is seeking a Disputes & Insolvency Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Brisbane office. This role will focus on complex litigation matters, particularly in corporations law, insolvency, and banking & finance disputes.

What you'll do

Work on a wide range of complex disputes matters
Focus on corporations law, complex insolvency and banking & finance disputes

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience

Experience in a litigation team working on a variety of complex matters

Particular interest in insolvency and finance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Committed and intelligent approach to work

A high level of attention to detail

Self-motivated and proactive

Confidence and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels

Strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
