The role
K&L Gates is seeking a Lawyer - Capital Markets with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Sydney office. This role will focus on securities law, including IPOs, secondary raisings, takeovers, and M&A transactions within the corporate practice.
What you'll do
- Draft complex documents which require meticulous attention to detail
- Advise and act for local and multinational organisations
- Project manage client matters
- Participate in business development and client relationship activities
- Contribute to the firm's learning and development program in area of specialty
What we're looking for

Capital markets experience
M&A experience
Experience working on sophisticated and complex transactions
