The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Corporate Advisory (M&A) to join their Sydney office. This role is for an individual with experience in M&A or Corporate Advisory who is eager to work on high-profile transactions alongside top partners in a supportive team environment.
What you'll do
- Work with some of Australia’s top M&A partners on high-profile and market-leading private and public transactions
- Learn and develop both legal and non-legal skills
- Develop strong relationships with clients
