Associate, Pensions (NQ-3PQE)

The role

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking an Associate, Pensions (NQ-3PQE) for their Leeds office. This role is suitable for newly qualified to 2 years PQE solicitors with a keen interest in pensions law, offering exposure to a diverse client base and a collaborative team environment within the Employment practice.

What you'll do

• Advise employers and trustees on a broad range of pensions matters and ensuring high quality work is delivered to agreed deadlines
• Draft and review legal documents, client communications and advisory materials
• Support on pensions aspects of corporate transactions, restructuring and employment matters
• Advise on scheme governance, administration and regulatory compliance issues
• Work closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide integrated client solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client training and thought leadership activities
