Pensions Litigation Lawyer

The role

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Pensions Litigation Lawyer with 3-8 years of PQE to join their Manchester or London office. This role will focus on advising clients on high-value disputes, regulatory investigations, and complex contentious pensions matters within their specialist employment and litigation practice.

What you'll do

• Advise on high-value pensions disputes, including trustee disputes, member claims and complex contentious pensions matters
• Support clients through regulatory investigations and enforcement activity involving The Pensions Regulator
• Act on remedial litigation matters, including Part 8 claims, rectification applications and scheme construction disputes
• Advise on pensions equalisation issues, systemic scheme errors and large-scale member complaint matters
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider pensions practice to deliver integrated and commercially focused advice
• Build strong client relationships
• Support business development initiatives
• Contribute to the continued growth of our specialist pensions litigation practice
• Take ownership of matters and work proactively within a partner-led team environment
