The role
Reed Smith is seeking a Senior-Level Entertainment (Music) Associate with 5-8 years of experience to join their Media & Entertainment practice in Los Angeles. This role will focus on high-level music industry transactions, providing legal counsel to a diverse client base.

- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on music M&A transactions
What we're looking for
5-8 years of experience
Experience in music industry transactions including recording agreements, music publishing and administration agreements, music catalog acquisitions and sales, management agreements, joint venture agreements, sponsorship and endorsements, digital licensing and matters related to copyright and Artificial Intelligence
Experience providing legal counsel on music M&A transactions
Experience conducting due diligence
Experience in the preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition, sale and financing agreements
