The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a National Security attorney with 3-5 years of experience in government contracts and grants to join their Regulatory practice in Washington D.C. The role focuses on advising clients on compliance, administration, and transactional aspects of government contracts and grants, particularly within the context of M&A and financing.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on government contracts and grants terms, compliance and administration
- Assist with the negotiation of prime and subcontracts and teaming agreements
- Advise deal teams, clients and investors on government contracts and grants in the context of M&A and financing transactions (e.g., diligence, novations)
What we're looking for

Ability to advise deal teams, clients and investors on government contracts and grants in the context of M&A and financing transactions
Strong academics
