The role
Winston Taylor seeks a 3-5 PQE Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for its Dallas, United States office. This role focuses on representing clients in patent litigation matters before district courts, the ITC, and PTAB proceedings.
What you'll do
- Represent accused infringers and patent owners before district courts
- Represent accused infringers and patent owners before the International Trade Commission
- Represent accused infringers and patent owners before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience as a patent litigator
Experience representing accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the ITC, and/or PTAB proceedings
Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
Admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location
USPTO registration· nice to have
