Associate, Pensions (NQ-4PQE)

The role

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking a Pensions Associate (NQ-4PQE) for their Birmingham office. This role is within the Pensions team, which advises a diverse client base on various pensions matters. The position is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor up to 4 years' PQE looking to develop their career in a leading pensions practice.

What you'll do

• Advise employers and trustees on a broad range of pensions matters and ensuring high quality work is delivered to agreed deadlines
• Advise on public sector pensions matters
• Draft and review legal documents, client communications and advisory materials
• Support on pensions aspects of corporate transactions, restructuring and employment matters
• Advise on scheme governance, administration and regulatory compliance issues
• Work closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide integrated client solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare client training materials and deliver training sessions
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership activities
