The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer for their Leeds office with 6+ years of experience. This role focuses on advising developers and investors on complex, high-value real estate transactions and portfolio management within the firm's Real Estate practice.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including multi-party and multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and disposals
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters
- Advise on portfolio management
- Work closely with clients in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to the team's strategic growth
What we're looking for
6+ years PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales
Strong academic background and top-tier firm training
Proven experience in real estate investment transactions
Experience mentoring or managing junior lawyers
Landlord and Tenant experience
Experience in landlord and tenant matters, portfolio or multi-party work· nice to have
