Shoosmiths is seeking a Principal Associate / Legal Director with 8+ years of experience to join their market-leading Real Estate Litigation team in Birmingham. This role focuses on advising high-profile clients on complex and strategically significant property disputes.

What you'll do

Provide strategic, commercially focused advice on a broad spectrum of complex and high value property disputes
Lead on significant and challenging matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, investment and development disputes, and specialist real estate contentious work
Manage complex cases
Build and strengthen key client relationships
Mentor and develop talented junior lawyers
Contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice through business development, networking and thought leadership initiatives
