The role

Fieldfisher is seeking a Solicitor with 1-2 years of PQE to join its Real Estate team in Birmingham. This role focuses on general transactional real estate matters, with an emphasis on commercial and residential development work.

What you'll do

• Contribute to business and financial management
• Build knowledge of clients and their sectors
• Attend and assist with organising client events and seminars
• Build confidence in giving legal advice to clients
• Check work with supervisor in advance
• Identify potential new business opportunities
• Ask relevant and insightful questions in interactions with clients and colleagues
• Interpret and solve problems using research and analysis
• Expand knowledge in developments in law, regulation, and market practice
• Embrace new ways of working
• Challenge established approaches where appropriate
• Identify innovative solutions that improve client outcomes, efficiency, and service delivery
