Associate, Tax

The role

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a mid-level Tax Associate with 2-5 years of PQE to join their London team. This role will focus on advising corporate and commercial clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters.

What you'll do

• Advise corporate and commercial clients on tax matters in both a domestic and international context
• Draft structure papers, complex advice notes, and negotiate provisions in SPAs and tax deeds
• Manage projects and transactions proactively, communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisers
• Build and develop client relationships and your own professional network
• Engage in business development activities and develop an understanding of the industries and commercial landscape in which our clients operate
