The role
Gadens is seeking a Senior Associate for their Banking & Finance team in Melbourne, Australia. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, focusing on structured finance and securitisation transactions.
What you'll do
- Lead structured finance and securitisation transactions with support from junior lawyers
- Mentor junior lawyers and support staff
- Have exposure to cross-border transactions (Asia, Europe and North America)
What we're looking for

Experience in general corporate finance, asset-based lending and/or derivatives· nice to have
