The role

Wotton Kearney is seeking a motivated Law Graduate to join their Litigation practice group in Perth. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for litigation, offering the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and build a legal career.

What you'll do

• Assist lawyers in reviewing and drafting advices, court documents, witness statements, settlement agreements and correspondence
• Review medical records and expert reports to prepare chronologies and summaries of evidence
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Prepare briefs to experts and manage discovery of documents
• Assist in managing communications with clients, barristers, and court
• Prepare and organise materials for court appearances and meetings
