Associate - Commercial Litigation (Health)

The role

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation Health team in Brisbane. This role will focus on complex health law disputes, regulatory matters, and investigations for a diverse range of healthcare clients.

What you'll do

• Advise a diverse range of leading clients, including public and private hospitals, healthcare providers, government health departments and statutory authorities and professional regulatory bodies
• Advise on a broad range of complex health-related disputes and regulatory matters, including professional negligence and liability claims, coronial inquests and inquiries, health practitioner disciplinary proceedings, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, complaints and investigations involving healthcare professionals, Royal Commissions, commissions of inquiry and independent reviews
