The role
HWLE Lawyers is seeking a Solicitor for their Property team in Brisbane. This role focuses on complex property matters and transactions for a prominent client base, supporting partners Jonathan East and Katrina Brown. It is suitable for lawyers with experience in commercial transactions and property development.
What you'll do
- Work on top-tier property matters
- Support on complex transactions, including land developments, commercial transactions, major acquisitions and disposals, and conveyancing
What we're looking for
Legal experience and expertise in commercial transactions and property development (preferably QLD laws)
Excellent written and oral skills
Ability to engage well with clients and colleagues
Passion for complex, diverse and dynamic work
Full working rights in Australia
Valid practising certificate
Strong leadership skills for senior candidates· nice to have
