Bilingual Associate - Private Client

The role

Russell-Cooke is seeking a Bilingual Associate with approximately 2 years of PQE to join its Private Client team in Putney, London. This role is for a qualified English and Spanish lawyer who will manage a varied caseload within the team, focusing on international private client matters.

What you'll do

• Proactively conduct own caseload
• Focus on business development including networking, article writing, cross-departmental relationship building, and developing referrer relationships
• Manage finances including time recording and billing to reach annual targets
• Provide a high-quality service to all clients
• Independently develop and maintain good client relationships
• Receive requests for advice and decide on appropriate responses
• Establish plans to solve client problems
• Support internal procedures and systems including file and financial management
• Participate in team meetings
• Develop management skills by supervising junior fee earners
• Attend internal and external training
• Read journals and attend courses for continuing professional development and knowledge sharing
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct
