The role

Fieldfisher is seeking a Solicitor for its Dispute Resolution practice in Birmingham, UK. This role is suitable for a lawyer with approximately 2 years of experience in litigation.

What you'll do

• Handle cases at all levels of national courts
• Engage in institutional and ad hoc arbitration
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation
• Manage high value, complex commercial disputes
• Work in cross-border teams
• Work on cases with colleagues across the network
