The role
Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Supervising Associate with 3-6 years of M&A experience for its Private Markets team in London or Bristol. The role involves advising on a range of corporate transactions and advisory matters for premium clients, with a focus on private M&A.

- Advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory for premium clients
